SFI's EyeEarn co-op is active
Posted by johndilbeck on Monday, January 7 2008 at 2:37 AM Category: sfi
I earn, you earn, WeAllEarn.com (tm).
The EyeEarn co-op is active and already producing new affiliates. So far, I've had 9 new sign-ups through EyeEarn.
You can tell they come through EyeEarn by selecting the Key Codes format of your genealogy report. They will have a code of 1100 (which was also the code of the discontinued Eagle Co-Op).
I received my start up kit a couple of days ago and everything in it looks first class.
Now, I need to put the sticker on my car and upload a photo when the photo uploading link goes active today, or soon.
To remain a member of EyeEarn, we'll need to requalify during the last five days of each month, so I just put a new recurring event in my iCal program to remind me.
I have a feeling EyeEarn will be a great recruiting tool for SFI.
After brainstorming for a bit, I registered WeAllEarn.com and redirect it to my affiliate link for EyeEarn. It will make it easier for advertising both online and offline.
Now, let's promote EyeEarn and make it very successful.
I earn, you earn, WeAllEarn.com (tm).
Act on your dream!

Following Up on the SFI Big Announcement

On December 1, 2004, Gery Carson made a major announcement about the SFI Marketing Group's compensation plan for 2005.
I'll be posting more thoughts about SFI and the changes in the compensation plan on my SFI Blog.
News of Big Changes to the SFI Marketing Group Compensation Plan in 2005
Posted by johndilbeck on Sunday, December 5 2004 at 4:08 PM Category: sfi
Following is the announcement from Gery Carson, CEO of SFI Marketing Group:
12/1/04
Dear SFI Affiliate,
During the first eleven months of this year, SFI has made an abundance of improvements and enhancements. These include:
- Completely redesigned and centralized our affiliate website (www.sfimg.com)
- All new Veriuni store
- New offline marketing tools
- Launched a greatly improved Wholesale program
- Added a toll-free order line
- Live, online support added to www.sfimg.com and IAHBE
- Introduced a number of new products
- Added the "Next Step" training center
- Redesigned Smart Start
- Introduced the new "Welcome New Affiliate" self-mailer
- Introduced SFI Partner Stores
- Added the option to receive commissions via PayPal
- Added a search engine to www.sfimg.com
- Sent out a weekly newsletter EVERY Friday since January
- Overhauled Eagle Co-op
- Introduced E-Cards
- Introduced new and improved Gateways
- Added a variety of new reports and business management tools
- Introduced ValuePaks
- Published a new SFI book
- Added 93 magazines to the magazine rack
- Achieved whitelist status with AOL, Yahoo, and other major ISPs for greatly increased email deliverability
Obviously, we are working very hard to make SFI the best it can be. That is why, on January 1st, I'm very pleased to announce that we will also be introducing a brand new improved compensation plan.
We had several key objectives in redesigning the compensation plan:
- Provide a strong incentive to become MIQ
- Provide a strong incentive to retain MIQ status (reduce attrition)
- Provide significant earnings opportunity, both front-end and back-end, on personal referrals
- Provide a platform that encourages and rewards strong, synergistic (teamworking) relationships between uplines and downlines
- Increase the percentage of Standing Orders
- Provide a strong incentive to take immediate and daily action
- Show exciting income potential in an easy-to-understand way
- Provide an upfront "show me the money" component to clearly demonstrate SFI is real to new affiliates
- Provide the opportunity for new affiliates to realistically earn income monthly to establish SFI's potential
- Provide a strong incentive to continually advance in rank
- Provide a strong incentive to develop leaders in ones team
- Provide a strong incentive to build a large sales team
- Provide a robust retail sales program
- Provide the "big money" opportunity that heavy hitters are looking for
It was a major challenge to achieve all of these objectives and we went through many, many drafts since we began the redesign work in the Summer. You might also like to know that we worked with over 20 of SFI's top leaders in designing the new plan.
In announcing the new plan today, I'm thrilled to say that not only did we MEET all of our objectives, but I believe we clearly EXCEEDED them with some truly powerful and unique features.
If you're ready to check it out, here's the URL with all the details:
http://www.sfimg.com/TNet
(If you're not an SFI affiliate, you can join here and get access to that information.)
After you've taken a look, be sure to continue reading on as I have lots of other exciting information and news to share with you today.
We'll start with this excerpt from "Choosing The Best Network Marketing Company":
"What you want is a compensation plan that shifts some money upfront so the new person can see a check in their first few weeks. By giving the new people that taste of success, you lock them in, and they'll stay involved and keep working long enough for the 'back-end' residual-type income to kick in.
The point is, almost every type of compensation plan can ultimately deliver a monster income on a big downline, but first you've got to have a product line capable of attracting and sustaining that kind of growth. AND, you've got to have a means for new people coming in to get a taste of the potential income, or you'll be losing people as fast as you can bring new people in to replace them. In short, if you've got top products and an upfront bonus in your compensation plan, everything will take care of itself --it becomes self-perpetuating. If you don't have both of these crucial elements, however, your business is going to be a losing proposition --one big, frustrating Catch-22."
If you've reviewed the new comp plan, we've obviously taken the above advice to heart.
For starters, SFI's new "Team Network" system will force significant growth under thousands of new affiliates, giving them that critical taste of success, while simultaneously demonstrating tremendous future potential.
To help "prime the pump" even further, we have also earmarked 4% of CV companywide towards a first month guaranteed commission check. This component of the new plan means that all new MIQs, starting in January, will get a commission check their first month (we'll send it, regardless of amount). Then, the T-Net structure will help ensure the checks keep coming.
And with the Business Builders Bonuses, new affiliates can create significant commission checks right out of the chute!
And these are just SOME of the powerful components of T-Net. When you grasp the entire picture and understand how all the new dynamics work together, I'm betting you will be as excited as I and many top SFI leaders are about this new plan.
Now let's look at some other powerful features...
NEW EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS SYSTEM If you know how now or can learn how to generate a steady stream of affiliate registrations, the new email notifications system could be HUGE for you! Starting January 1st, we will begin plugging in new affiliates under you in your personal T-Net network as they sign up (placed in the next available open slot). Starting the next day, for 29 days, they will then begin receiving a daily "Network Growth" recap email of all the new affiliates that have been placed under them.
The email will explain that these new affiliates have been placed under them and they can be earning 6% on each, plus have the opportunity to earn on everything these affiliates go on to do, etc. To lock in this benefit, the affiliate receiving the recap simply needs to upgrade (become MIQ) within 30 days of their sign-up date (which we of course let them know in the recap). If they fail to upgrade by their 30-day deadline, they lose their spot in the network and everything below rolls up.
If you skimmed the last two paragraphs, go back and read it again, as this is one of the truly MAJOR new components of the SFI system. Because the 2x12 network is so narrow, substantial growth will naturally flow down level after level.
With the combination of your own efforts, PLUS the efforts of your upline, PLUS the efforts of your downline, a large percentage of your affiliates could be receiving these exciting notifications. Over a month's time, the number of affiliates placed under them could be VERY substantial. Indeed, many of our top leaders have been known to bring in literally HUNDREDS of new affiliates a DAY!
Are the affiliates above all this activity going to want to lose their position and lose all this potential income? Of course not! New affiliates will now have a HUGE incentive to become MIQ and remain MIQ.
NEW BUILT-IN COMPANYWIDE AD CO-OP An all-new company-sponsored ad co-op will go into affect in January. Up to 12 free shares will be included in the benefits of the rank of Platinum Team Leader. Bronze Team Leaders will receive one free share, Silver two free shares, and Gold four free shares. In other words, by simply referring 2 MIQs (the basic qualifications for Bronze Team Leader), you would receive one free share in the ad co-op and up to 12 free shares in advancing to Platinum. You receive these free shares automatically every month that you are qualified at that rank and all affiliates generated for you by the ad co-op of course flow into your network, increasing momentum and growth for all.
NEW RETAIL PROGRAM SFI has always endeavored to have a strong retail program. As of January 1st, our strongest retail program yet will be in place. Starting January 1st, when you make a sale to a NON-affiliate, it will be considered a retail sale and you will earn a straight 40% (of CV) commission. It DOUBLES to 80% if you have at least 10 total SVP for the month. Special note: We have eliminated the old comp plan's "initial sale" and "subsequent sale" labels. In other words, with the new plan, a sale is a sale. Period. Whether the customer is buying for the first time or the 50th time from you, you're going to earn 40% (80% if your total personal SVP for the month is 10 or more).
Bottom line: If you want to focus on personal retail sales, we now have a very robust compensation plan that pays you up to 80% of our CV (Commission Volume) on every product you sell.
OTHER FEATURES OF T-NET Here are some other features of the T-NET plan that you may not have realized or that are not yet documented elsewhere:
1. You can earn from every income stream without any group volume requirements.
2. You can earn over $10,000/mo. with JUST TWO personally sponsored MIQ affiliates.
3. You can earn infinitely deep into your organization on all personally-sponsored MIQ affiliates.
4. There will be monthly compression of the network for maximum payout. This means that should someone drop out, the next affiliate below that spot moves up to fill the gap. This ensures maximization of the number of affiliates in your payline and a constant clearing of the "dead wood" in your organization which allows your best people to rise to the top.
5. OVER THREE TIMES as many affiliates will be receiving commission checks as there are today. That's thousands of more people every month with proof that SFI is the real deal, and we believe this will pay huge dividends.
6. If one of your personally-referred affiliates sponsors someone, then downgrades, the commissions of that "orphaned" affiliate can now roll-up to you.
=================== IMPORTANT ===================
With the exception of brand new affiliates joining SFI after December 1st, to be part of the T-Net Network when we compile it on January 1st, you MUST BE MIQ on December 31, 2004. We will do our best to make sure everyone gets this important message. However, you can really help yourself by doing everything you can during December to help as many of your non-MIQ affiliates get upgraded so that they start the new year with the best possible position in the new T-Net network.
Of course, not only that, but for all your personally-sponsored affiliates who upgrade via a standard 10 SVP/20 CV personal purchase in December, you'll earn a Seller's Commission of $16 for each one.
To help you reach as many of your affiliates as possible, we've set up a special co-op postcard mailing. For just 29 cents apiece, we'll send out a full-color postcard via first-class mail to all of your personally-sponsored affiliates (USA-resident s only). If you don't wish to mail to ALL, you can mail to your top 25, top 100, top 500, or whatever number you want. We will use a "Power Rating" formula which weighs the number of referrals, months they've been MIQ, etc. to determine who your top affiliates are. You can get more information and/or order your postcard mailing at:
[URL deleted -- This is for affiliates who have sponsored other affiliates, only.]
Note!! The DEADLINE to order your postcards is Monday, December 6th.
================================================
IMPORTANT QUESTIONS & ANSWERS To keep the length of this announcement letter down, we've set up a separate Webpage of over 30 important questions and answers about the new comp plan. We STRONGLY urge you to go to this Q&A Webpage and review this information:
https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/TNetFAQ.sfi
(If you're not an SFI affiliate, you can join here and get access to that information.)
JANUARY 1ST SNEAK PEEKS & CLOSING THOUGHTS In addition to a powerful, new compensation plan, an incredible new email notification system, and a company-sponsored ad co-op, here are some of the other major items coming to SFI in January:
- Introduction of a new full-color prospecting booklet
- Gateways, emails, and Smart Start translated into Spanish
- The launch of a new fundraising division
- Exciting new sales, recruiting, and team-building contests
- New products
- AND SOME OTHER SURPRISES!
When all of these new programs, products, and enhancements are in place in January, we believe SFI will take another huge leap forward. Indeed, the SYNERGY of everything combined and working together will be extremely powerful.
There will be lots of additional information coming out in the following days and weeks as we edge closer to January 1st. We are also planning conference calls, etc. to get everyone fully up to speed and ready to hit the ground running in January.
In the meantime, if you want to start boosting your commission check right now, you need to get started immediately on a gameplan for contacting your affiliates. Remember, they must be MIQ on December 31st, 2004 to secure the best possible position in T-Net. After December 31st this opportunity for them will be gone forever.
I hope you are as excited as I am. 2005 is going to be a breakout year for SFI and I'm going to do everything I can to make it be YOUR best year ever, too.

Veriuni Liquid Nutrition Now Available in Canada

Veriuni has reformulated their Advanced Liquid Nutrition product and it is now available in both the United States and Canada.
Previously, it was not exportable to Canada because it contained Vitamin K, which is restricted there.
With the recent reformulation, the Vitamin K was removed.
Why become an SFI Marketing Group affiliate...
Posted by johndilbeck on Tuesday, August 17 2004 at 7:36 AM Category: sfi
Over the last three years, I've joined over 500 affiliate programs to see how they work from the inside. Some are impressive programs and others offer little of value -- especially to beginners.
Make no mistake about it. Learning to market on the Internet takes time, effort, study, testing, and an investment of some money. You can get signed up and started for free, but you'll have to invest time and money to start earning significant income.
It is much less expensive than creating a business of your own from scratch or purchasing a franchise.
Essentially, in affiliate marketing -- whether single level, two-level, five-level, or multi-level -- the merchant provides the computer systems, purchases inventory, develop sales strategies and tools, takes the orders, ships the products, and handles most or all of the customer service.
The affiliate -- you -- provide the marketing, advertising, and promotion, and the merchant pays you a set commission for each sale that results from purchases made from one of your ads, blogs, websites, flyers, business cards, brochures, or other promotional vehicles.
Some affiliate programs, such as Amazon.com, are single-level. Each affiliate works alone to make sales.
Some are two-level to five-level (or so). These programs allow you to recruit, or sponsor, other affiliates and you'll earn an over-ride commission from their sales with the expectation that you'll help them learn the business and you'll support and motivate them to sell the products and services the merchant offers.
Some are multi-level, which means that they work similar to the two-level programs, but you can -- theoretically -- have a great number of affiliates in your sales team and you'll earn varying amounts of over-ride commissions on their sales. The more affiliates you sponsor (and the more your sponsored affiliates sponsor, etc.), the more you'll earn.
However, the key to affiliate marketing is to learn how to market and sell the products yourself and then teach others how to do the same -- to become a leader. Many people call this duplication, but most marketing systems require adjustments for individual approaches. What works well for one person may do very poorly for another. If you can develop a real system and teach others how to follow your lead, you can build a bridge to financial freedom for yourself and your team.
All legitimate affiliate programs (including multilevel programs) pay commissions only for sales -- not the recruiting of additional affiliates. I would be very leery of any program that offered to pay me to recruit others and I'm sure the government will investigate such an "opportunity" very closely.
Companies that pay you a commission for selling real products and services offer a real opportunity similar to being a hired salesperson. The difference is that you are not an employee. You are an independent sales representative and you own your own business.
I originally asked why you should become an SFI Marketing Group affiliate. Of the hundreds of companies I've tested, SFI is one of the very few (less than a dozen) that offers a good product mix, good training, support, a very active affiliate forum, and a real opportunity to build a part-time income.
If you invest the time and money necessary to promote the services and products, you can build a full-time income over time. It won't happen overnight and it won't be easy. You'll probably need six months to a year to fully understand how the company works. It'll take another year or two to learn how to do online and/or offline marketing sufficient to generate enough sales to earn a significant income. You'll need to learn the system well enough to teach it to the others who will follow you.
Many people aren't willing to invest the time and effort necessary to master the art of marketing and that's one of the reasons you see statistics saying that 90% of affiliates never earn anything. Of the 10%, or so, who learn to master the art of selling, many of them earn a significant return for their efforts. Of the 1% or 2% who master selling and learn to be a leader, some will build a real business with an income to match.
I've had my ups and downs with affiliate marketing -- as I've had with other businesses over the years. That's to be expected and you should be prepared for it. But, I've watched SFI improve their product and service offerings, introduce new sales tools, and provide outstanding support on the discussion forum. Even the company president, Gery Carson, posts news and answers some questions there.
If you'll approach SFI -- or any other affiliate marketing opportunity -- with the mindset that it will take you a couple of years to reach the break-even point and another two to three years to start reaping the profits from your efforts, and you're willing to learn how the business works and how to promote it effectively, then you stand a very good chance of being one of the 10% who earn a good living -- or at least some significant additional income -- from affiliate marketing.
If you're deep in debt with no money to invest in marketing your business, or you don't want to spend the time to learn the art of selling and marketing, or you expect someone else to do all the work for you, then you are not a good prospect for this business and you shouldn't waste your time, effort or money. It takes a lot of effort to build your own marketing business. It's more difficult and takes more time than working on a job, and -- no matter how much you may dream of quitting your job, working from home, and escaping the rat race -- you may be better suited to be an employee and not a business owner.
On the other hand, if you have a burning desire to be the master of your fate, you have the time to learn how to market and sell, you have at least some money to invest in promotion and advertising, you're willing to invest some hard effort now in return for future income, and you're willing to help others learn and succeed, then you may be perfect for this business.
Slowly, but surely, my income is climbing and I'm receiving both one-time commissions for the sale of some things and residual income from the sale of other things. It takes time and effort, but it's working from me.
I earn all of my income from affiliate marketing on the Internet. I love working from my home and setting my own schedule. It fits my lifestyle, personality, and interests.
You can see for yourself if you and SFI are a good match. Become an affiliate for free and see how the business works. If you join my sales team, I'll do my best to help you build your business. I won't do it for you, but I'm willing to help where I can. The rest is up to you.
Become an SFI Marketing Group affiliate today. See for yourself if this is the business opportunity for you. It won't cost you a dime to check it out and see for yourself. If you don't like it, it's easy to quit and we won't bother you.
Even if you decide it isn't for you, you can learn a lot from the free training, newsletters, Internet Income Course, and discussion board that will serve you well in the future.
To move towards your own financial freedom, you must develop as a human, learn new skills, and build a system that works for you and for others who are helping you. That is one of the main keys to success.
The successful build systems and everyone else looks for a job.
A network marketing company, such as SFI Marketing Group, can be your bridge to your own system. It worked well for people like Stone Evans and Jeff Mulligan, two of the top sellers for SFI every month, and it may be a good path for your advancement.
Robert Kiyosaki (of Rich Dad, Poor Dad fame) says, in his book Cashflow Quadrant, Rich Dad's Guide to Financial Freedom (which I consider to be required reading):
"...the transition from the left quadrant (employee) to the right quadrant (business owner) is not so much what you do, but who you have to become. Learn how to handle rejection, how not to be affected by what other people think of you, and learn to lead people and you will find prosperity. So, I endorse any network marketing organization that is first committed to developing you as a human being, more than developing you into a salesperson. I would seek organizations that:
"1. Are proven organizations that have successful track records and a distribution system and a compensation plan that has been successful for years.
"2. Have a business opportunity you can succeed with, believe in, and share confidently with others.
"3. Have ongoing, long-term educational programs to develop you as a human being. Self-confidence is vital on the right side of the Quadrant.
"4. Have a strong mentor program. You want to learn from leaders, not advisers. People who are already leaders on the right side of the Quadrant and want you to succeed.
"5. Have people you respect and enjoy being with.
"If the organization meets these five criteria, then and only then look at the product. Too many people look at the product and not the business system and organization behind the product. In some of the organizations I have looked into, one of their pitches was, 'This product sells itself. It's easy.' If you're looking to be a salesperson, an S (self-employed, left side of the quadrant) then the product is the most important thing. But, if you're developing into a long term B (business owner, right side of the quadrant), then the system, lifelong education, and the people are more important.
"A friend and colleague of mine knowledgeable in this industry reminded me about the value of time, one of our most precious assets. A true success story in a network marketing company is when your commitment of time and hard work in the short term results in significant long-term passive income. Once you have built a strong organization below you, you can stop working and your revenue stream will continue from the efforts of the organization you have built. The most important key to success with a network marketing company is still, however, a long-term commitment on your part, as well as the organization's part, to mold you into the business leader you want to become."
I believe that SFI is such an organization and I'm proud to be a part of it. I hope you'll join me on my journey to financial freedom.
My SFI team continues to grow -- now on five continents!
Posted by johndilbeck on Monday, June 7 2004 at 11:43 AM Category: sfi
I just noticed that my SFI sales team, while still a very young venture, already has affiliates on five continents.
Only with the invention and wide distribution of the Information Superhighway would something like this be possible with the expenditure of so little money in promotion and advertising.
Of course, it is also a testament to SFI Marketing Group, a company that has been investing millions of dollars and years of effort to build a great marketing organization. I've been a team leader for just a few months, but it's only because of all the effort they put into building the infrastructure, hiring a great staff, creating training systems, programming their computer systems, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and handling shipping and customer service that I've been able to jump in and start building a sales team with them so quickly.
I'm looking forward to helping the affiliates who have joined my team build successful home businesses of their own. Together we'll help each other succeed.
Thanks to each of you!
A company is only as good as the products we sell, and I'm happy to see our selection of quality products grow and improve.
If you're interested in building a home business of your own and you're willing to invest time, effort, and two or three dollars per day to promote and grow it, I invite you to join my sales team, too.
Congratulations to our growing SFI sales team
