Get your own Affiliate Showcase

I've been working with affiliate marketing for about two years now. I've tested several hundred programs and dropped most of them, but I've tried to keep the cream of the crop such as Ken Evoy's SiteSell.com.
Unfortunately, it's a sad fact that only about 5% of all affiliates ever earn any money, but a very small percentage are earning substantial incomes referring web visitors to online merchants.
There are lots of scams and ineffective products out there on the web and sometimes it's difficult to tell the difference at first glance. But, if you're serious, you can persevere and learn to separate the "wheat from the chaff."
I just found a new and dynamically growing affiliate directory at AffiliateShowcase.com. You can browse for affiliate programs by category or you can search for whatever interests you.

I've temporarily stopped taking orders for my Steel Roses

Over the weekend, after careful consideration, I reached the conclusion that I must temporarily suspend taking orders for my Steel Roses. All the orders that are currently placed will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
If you'd like one of the roses, please feel free to email me and I'll tell you why I've made this decision and I'd be happy to put you on a waiting list to be notified as soon as I can resume.
If you are a member of House Ironrose and would like one of my Steel Roses, please contact me for special arrangements.
I hope to be able to resume taking orders later in the year, and I have every intention of resuming full production next spring.
I'm not quitting, just taking another necessary time out due to family medical problems.
Thank you very much for your interest. I look forward to making a Steel Rose That Never Wilts just for you as soon as possible.
Adding more shirt designs to my store

Ever since Cafepress.com announced that they were offering paid premium stores, I've been working to add my original designs for shirts, mugs, hats, mousepads, bags, and more to it.
I have many varied interests and I have over 200 designs already created that I'll be adding to the store over the next year or so.
People have been wanting a way to purchase my designs from one simple shopping cart rather than the old way they had to be purchased from http://Shirts-Mugs-Hats.com and http://WhitewaterShirts.com.
As time allows, I'll be adding all of my designs to John Dilbeck's Shirts, Mugs and Hats store, and I'll be expanding my offerings as I can.
Thanks to everyone who has already purchased one of my designs and I hope you'll return for more.
Already there are tshirts (or should that be tee-shirts, t-shirts, teeshirts, or ???), mugs, hats, mousepads, and bags. I'll be adding lots more as I have the time.
I'm hoping I'm making this new store easy to navigate and I'll be uploading thumbnails to make it easier to select the designs as I can.
