Issue: Owen O'Sullivan, John, Donel, Julia.

Sir Owen O'Sullivan's mother was Lady Julia MacCarthy (12) (? - ?), who married Dermod O'Sullivan the Powdered (12), 11th Lord of Beare & Bantry, of "Dunboy Castle", who died 1549.
