The orange icon with XML indicates an RSS feed for this site funneled through Feedburner.com so that it is readable by all RSS readers and most browsers. To subscribe to this feed in your RSS reader, right-click on the orange XML button (control+click for Mac users). Then, select Copy Shortcut ("Copy Link to Clipboard" for Macs) and then paste that URL into your RSS reader. If you don't know what that means, you're invited to visit the Sitesell RSS Site which is maintained by Ken Evoy. The second icon is programmed to add this feed to your My Yahoo! page. The third represents how many people have subscribed to this RSS feed (not how many are reading it here on this page or on the blog itself). The fourth, and largest, shows the last five headlines from the blog -- click on it and go directly to the blog. You can easily syndicate these headlines on your site by copying the link code and putting it on your site or in your blog. Every time I update the blog, the graphic will update as well -- automatically. I frequently include this graphic in my signature line of forums and discussion groups that allow graphics.
